No start or trim after putting in gear 150

Out on the water, put in gear quickly as it can be tough sometimes. Engine shutoff and now will not restart nor does the trim work. I am getting power all the way to engine as I can hear it click while attempting to start. Any thoughts out there? Thanks

Bad ground or positive connection at battery or at motor or battery switch if you have one.
lets some voltage thru, but will not let heavy current thru.

the click says the neutral start switch is lettings it through to starter,
and the T&T does not even need the key to be in the on position so it should work any time the battery is hooked to the motor
