I have a brand new Yamaha 9.9 high thrust tiller with electric start power trim looking to make a kicker motor with remote box at helm. Do they make a kit for this or ami wishful thinking. Thanks

complete model number ,serial#, and manufacture date from the stickers on motor will help other know exactly what motor you are talking about

You can certainly get the remote control box for use at the helm and the appropriate length control cables but you will need something like this on the engine itself:
