70 TLRQ oil pump bleed?

Is the stainless philips screw in lower right of the photo the bleed screw? My manual only shows the 90 hp pump and it is different. Thanks

its actually self bleeding.
that's what the oil return line at the top of the tank does.

Thanks, my manual is for 70 and 90 , says bleed 90, nothing about 70. I'm glad because that would be a very difficult screw to turn.

make sure to run on pre mix while you make sure all air is out of system and it is using proper amount of oil
