Hi all,
Sorry for the late update. Got the starter tested and the problem is with the starter. Had it bench tested, just keeps getting stuck and doesn't click over. I'll just settle and buy a new one save any headaches in the future. Thank you all for the help I really appreciate it.

You blokes in America are lucky! Part's are so much more expensive in Australia.
