Yamaha 50 TLRC Parts needed for Impeller replacement?

The thermostat chamber looks fairly clean. Previous owner or before removed Therm. We are in Mobile so not very cold.

Is that indicator for water passages? I realize cylinders get a lot hotter than Thermostat chamber.

could be, but the stat is there to make sure the motor runs at the proper temp to burn the fuel properly.
all water cooled motors with stats need them in place for proper water circulation.
without the restriction the water flows different and will cause cold areas and hot areas because the water is not flowing as designed

Totally agree with you. Definitely improper back pressure through out I ordered new thermostat and will put in after the hose test.

Everything fixed. Knock on Gel Coat. Rebuilt water pump with kit. New foot oil. No leaks. New thermostat. New fuel pump, fuel hoses , clamps. Oil hoses and sending unit. Starts and runs like a champ. gets up on a plain. Great weep stream.
