Yamaha 200HPDI wont start

Hi all first post on theses forums

Engine cranks as usual but just wont fire,

SO FAR THINGS I HAVE DONE/CHECKED:

Checked gearbox oil, no metal shavings.

Checked spark using multimeter

when I release the drain on vst and prime fuel comes out

Belt for fuel pump is still there

Trim and tilt fluid is fine.

Engine has oil in the tank.

Engine is a 2008 model serial code missing sorry (it is the newer hpdi with different color cowling though)

when was the last time it ran ok?

you really cant test spark with a multimeter.

does the medium pressure pump turn on for about 2 seconds at key on?

whats the medium pressure rail test to??

that motor will run with the belt removed,run poorly but will run.
