a 1994 80AETO manufactured for EU doesn't mean was manufactured for US/CAN market on the very same year.

US have diferent designations for a same model here in EU/world.

Have look at boats.net 1994 90TLRS (I'm sure oil system is exactely the same as yours)

The boats.net website linked to above only shows Yamaha's that were distributed by Yamaha USA. None of the Yamaha's that are sold outside of the USA, and which are not offered here in the states, will show up in the Yamaha USA parts catalogs.

If Mr. Almetelo says that it is a 1994 model then that is what it is. He is the man in the know.

I looked to see if there is a USA equivalent model your an 80AETO but can't find anything. The only 6H0 prefix Yamaha that was distributed in the US was the C85TLRV but that is a premix model, not a model with autolube.

What parts, by part number, are you looking for?

I would suspect that the oil system for any 1994 era two stroke Yamahas sold here in the US would work on almost any worldwide motor of similar vintage. Take a look at the 1996 P75TLHU for instance.

Sorry, I didnt mean that Mr Almetelo dont know everything about it, and I also make a mistake checking in a US list of motors, that are different from our, but the diagram with the autolube pump its different from my motor...

I'll try to explaind best I can...

You need a 80aeto parts manual, I have it but don´t have the oil system on that manual

Your 80AETO PID is 6H0 also used on 75PRO which may be a 80hp motor with a 75 sticker (or not) now I don't have the time not even patience to compare parts.

Have a look on the following pic



is from a 75PRO with the same PID 6H0 as your 80 AETO

75, 80, 90 and 85 (I guess) yamaha 2 strk have the same block and most parts in common.
As you can imagine yamaha or any other manufactur does not make diferent parts for every single HP motor, even the above models use parts from 30, 40/50, 60/70 HP motors.

The parts manual schematic of 75PRO (6H0) and 90A (6H1) I posted before is EXACTLY the same as the 90TLRS on boats.net ( I did checked that) and for SURE is the same as your 80AETO which have the same PIB as 75PRO.

This is the best I can do for you... I think you have a solution and not a problem.

Might the OP's motor have come from the factory as a premix (non-PBS) and he wants to add all of the PBS stuff to it?

Mr. Dive Tribe - Did someone remove all of the autolube parts from your motor? Or, did it maybe come from the factory as a premixed version?

If is 80aetO (Oil Injected) came from factory with oil system, maybe someone removed it or just need parts at better price (just a guess)

Today have been on my local Yamaha dealer to have a clue on prices of the parts I need because for me is almost on time for maintainence of my outboards and I'm converting my 30 manual start also for electrict start using some parts from a Tohatsu (starter, relay etc) Ex: will need a neutral switch that here cost around $76 and at boats.net $27 what HUGE diference... plus all other parts I'll need I can save lot of money (if I can stay away from costumes, other wise is not such a good deal)

Always try get the parts in hands and not by mail.

I need order from them...

Here are the pictures with what I'm talking about, the pump on this model is attached to the carburator, not to the motor body ( the pump I bring from other 80, 2 stroke). I lend this motor 5 years ago, they have a problem and they take out the pump and the oil tank (I allready have it)...

Hi!

That have nothing to do with autolube system.

That "pump" attached to the mid carb is the prime start.
