I have a 2003 90TLRB. Runs smooth with no issues until I hit choppy water. Then it feels like it drops immediately to three quarters power. I can throttle back to about half way and it will kick right back up again until I hit choppy water again. Fuel filters are clean.Tank is clean. Carbs are all clean as well.No water or trash in tank. New plugs. Can't find any loose ground wires or corroded wiring even though I do use it in salt water once or twice a year. Not sure where to look next. any ideas?

Sounds like a loose or poor connection somewhere under the hood of the engine.

I'd pull all connectors, grounds, etc, inspect and re-install with di-electric grease.

*Don't just look at the connectors, physically yank them for inspection.. Corrosion can easily hide under a cable/attachment to the block
