2003 - Z200TXRB Trouble Shoot

I have twin Motors, starboard Motor problem.
Cruising at 3800 rpm, motor droppped to 2200 rpm in about 10 seconds then to 0 rpm in about 5 seconds.
No alarms, Temperature good, oil good.
Turns over, will not start,
Pump Throttle while starting and smell flooding fuel.
Twin water seperators on each motor, no water.
Fuel is full in motor fuel filter, Filter does not look clogged from view.
need some advice what to check next.
Took motor about 15 seconds to wind down to 0 RPM.
Not sure to chase ignition or fuel?

Put water muffs on (with water).

Pull at least on spark plug, connect to wire and ground to block(unless you have an ignition tester). Have someone crank over the engine and check for spark.

You can repeat with all plugs if need be and eliminate ignition.

Also, take note if the plugs are black WET with excess fuel..
