I just pulled my boat for the season and noticed a significant amount of electrolysis damage on the prop and paint blistering below the waterline . The boat is used on Lake Ontario and the subject kicker motor is a 2012 T9.9XPA. I will check for stray voltage leakage next spring when re-deploying. I have read where magnesium anodes are superior for fresh water use. Are mag anodes available for the T9.9XPA ? There is a square anode mounted under the cavitation plate which would be of most interest.
