wiring diagram to convert to forward control

1 reciently purched wire harhess assy 69A82590
and was able to trace most of the conections .there is a blue wire i cant figure where it should go.
is thair a wiring diag for this change over to forward control from tiller handle.

The wiring diagram is in the service manual if you have one. The blue wire is for the elect choke which you may not have or if it's a prime start engine the blue is not used on harness.
