2004 hpdi 300

I have twin HPDI 300 that run great around 1100 hours. One of the multi gauge shows 1 bar for oil level and both the remote and tank on the engine are full. I switched both the remote sender as well as the engine tank sender and the problem stayed with the engine. Some times the gauge shows 1 bar and flashes the 2nd bar.
Has anyone found this issue in the past?

Three bars means all is well. Both tanks have oil.

If the right bar disappears and the middle bar flashes, that indicates that the remote tank is low on oil.

If the left bar flashes that means the main tank is low on oil.

A wiring issue to the remote tank can fool the motor into thinking the remote tank is low on oil. Disconnect and reconnect the connectors on the harness to the remote tank several times and see what happens.
