Yamaha 9.9 2 stroke outboard starting issue

So i have a yamaha 9.9 2 stroke. Ran great last season. This spring it wouldnt start. I replaced both spark plugs. Pulled the rope. Started right away , ran 3 seconds , shut off , oil covered plugs.
any ideas ?
I will be rebuilding carb and fuel pump now. I dont think its a fuel issue.

You mentioned on your other thread missing a choke linkage. Has that been figured out?

it it oil fouled plugs in 3 seconds, you would have to be putting too much oil into it

and no one knows what 9.9 this motor is still
