There is a fuel supply problem that has me baffled. My outboard is a 92 Yamaha 130, 130TXRQ
The problem is that the motor boggs down above idle. Pump the bulb till solid, start motor, motor empties the clear inline filter, and only pulls enough fuel into filter to run engine slightly above idle. New fuel line, water separator filter, inline filter, and the filter next to fuel pump. Completely emptied tank , filled w/90 octane non-ethanol and stabil. Fuel hose terminates at tank on a shutoff valve. Don't see a checkvalve unless it's in the valve.
Took her out 6 times, and the motor ran great on one ride. Had to keep pumping bulb, and she suddenly took off. She ran my Osprey 200 at 55, and loving it. Only 262 hours. The boat spent 16 years on a lift

monitor fuel pressure and vacuum to see if there is a restriction.
A clear piece of hose put in line temporarily while testing should show if there is air being sucked into the system

Do some basic trouble shooting first, throwing new parts at it might fix it before you go broke, but then, it might not.

I will also remove the pickup assembly, disassemble and clean. What do you use to seal the pickup, valve and barbed fitting threads? Probably Teflon paste.
