OX66 250 HP, oil indicator bars flashing, alarm went off, RPM wont go above 1800 RPM

I have oil in the motor reservoir tank. Could the oil pump be shot? What should I be checking for? There is about 1/3 oil in the reservoir oil tank and when I tried the override fill switch, no oil is going into the tank. Could the pump be bad inside the tank?

Low oil in the main tank will set the alarm and put the motor into RPM reduction mode.

It appears that the automatic transfer system is not working. When you press the toggle switch does the pump run? If not the pump could have failed or there could be a wiring problem. If the pump runs the oil filter could be clogged.
