    see how easy this is?
I am thinking on training a monkey to go to work for me so I can go fishing.
however I do have a bit more training and over 40 yrs of experience over most techs.
    biggest thing?
    slow down, pay attention.
when you see a pulser coil or a shift switch ask yourself why is it there?
    what does it do?
what happens if it doesn't work?
    then it gets easy.

My father bought this engine used about 5 years from a guy who sank his boat and just sold the engine as a non-runner... it even had sand in one of the piston chambers when we opened it up ...

After the rebuild we put the engine on the stand I fabricated for it, kept it inside the garage and we'd turn it on about twice a year since then just to keep it from freezing..

As for the shift switches they were not working properly when the guy came around with the YDS cable/software.. i had to lightly press it in with a flat head screw driver or it wouldn't pass the shift switch tests on the computer..

I got the 703 control box so it has it's own Neutral switch and is working properly so I know it won't start while in gear.

Thanks for the tip on the oil spray! I'll try to find it or similar here on the island!

        IT'S ALIIIIIIIVE! :P

The switches also worked so they'll be staying on there.

Only if it was possible to open up these pulsers and actually solder the full lengths of wire needed it would've been perfect! but it'll do untill I get the new ones!

        Thanks guys!
