A mystery for you to solve! Yamaha plate reads E8D 677 L 397663 with F stamped in lower right hand corner. Ordered impeller parts from Boat.net thinking it was a 1989 model. Took the lower unit apart & they aren't the correct parts. Telltales: my impeller was taller, housing (insert w/o hole seems to be pressed into housing), gasket & bottom plate have only 3 holes, fuel filter is cannister type w/plastic strainer, propeller nut is a rubber cone over the nut (with cotter pin). I'm suspecting after many hours of internet searching that this might be an "International Model". Can someone identify actual year and source for parts? Winner gets a 22ft sailboat ride in the hot, windless August weather of North Texas. Much Thanks, Mike.
