F75G fuel leak

I have a 2011 Yamaha 75 outboard F75G on my boat. After a long run (1 hour at 5000 rpm) I have a fuel leak from the idle speed control valve which is worse if I tilt the motor. The hose clamp is tight the fuel flows from the funnel shaped opening on the valve. The hose to the valve comes from the fuel cooler.
The problem is intermittent and hard to reproduce. Can you give me any advice on what might be the problem and how to troubleshoot it?
