1991 225TXRP: really smoking after sitting

What is the most likely cause of smoking pretty well on a restart after the engine has been sitting for a bit on our 1991.

Cold compression tests are very consistant at approx. 130lbs each.

Are there injector seals that leak?
Just oil by pass on rings of an older engine?
