Nope... How's the water flow from the "pisser"?

Looks weak on idle, I just replaced the impeller and housing this spring. Might have to take it apart to see if I assembled it wrong

Put something to hold the float under water overnight. The next day, check to make sure no water entered the float (it'd be leaking ).

Is the float level about parallel (or similar) to the other float (when upside down, needle and float installed)?

If you have a vacuum gauge, or can borrow one, put it on the carb fuel inlet and with the float/needle installed, UPSIDE DOWN, make sure you can pull a vacuum.
(verifying the needle/seat is not leaking).

Re the impeller, any set to it? Does the housing have ANY deformities from overheating? The impeller is set to turn as the crankshaft turns clockwise(looking DOWN at the unit).
It will NOT right itself if set in "backwards". IE: Turn the drive shaft clockwise as you slip the WP housing over it.

Also, check the parts list to make sure you have all the o-ring seals in place.

Ok, vacuum is good, float check was good. Put everything back together, no problems until I went to put on the gas line , yup gas all over the place, somewhere between the tank and motor it’s building up pressure, Any ideas !!!!

what kind of tank do you have?
sounds like the tank is not letting pressure out as the gas warms up and pressurizes the whole system.

I had a plastic portable tank swell up like a football once, but the float/needle and seat did not let it fill the motor cylinders up with gas

12 gallon portable, vent is open and clear(( no clogs)), when I first got this tank , is swelled up, then I put a vented cap on, problem is gone. Dont know where the pressure is coming from
