F 115 missing serial number question

Good evening gentlemen. I have a quick question regarding my 2007 f 115 . Where are the serial numbers located on the powerhead? I have looked everywhere and cannot find them. Just want to verify that this powerhead is original to the engine. I recently purchased this engine used and so far everything I was told about it is incorrect. Thank you very much for your help.

An alternate serial number label is on the original block. Usually in the vicinity of the electric starting motor. Round and black with a white bar through the middle. Serial number will be in that white bar.

What is the complete identity on the primary label?
