I have a 95 wave venture that i recently cleaned carbs. now it will not idle without help of throttle and it will not go over 20 mph. any help for a jet ski newbie would be helpful.

I suspect if you had carb issues, you still do. Did you pull the idle and main jets and visaually inspect them? You need to literally see light thru them.. Does the diaphrams appear good, no holes, etc?

Spraying carb cleaner without removing, usually dosen't cut it..

I am in the process of cleaning out the carbs. This machine is a 95 wave venture. It has dual carbs. While cleaning I noticied that there are no high speed adjusters in either carburator. It this correct?

If you click on the link above, it shows at least the main jet and several other adjustment screws. What each do, I don't know.

Investment in a shop manual to get the basic settings for those screws would be well worth the $ vs leaning out a cylinder and causing major damage.

Being that machine is 19 years old, it may be worth your while to actually rebuild the carbs or at the very least, replace the diaphrams.

They get old, leak and don't function as they should.
