Checked it per manual good reading ran engine loosing rpm and cylinders rechecked while hot pulsar coil readings were bad. Let it sit for few hours readings back. Have anyone seen this? Thanks

Certainly some parts can be defective when hot and fine when cold. Or vice versa. They make a product that can be sprayed on hot components so as to cool them down when in use as a troubleshooting aide.
