Yamaha 200 stalls

My Yamaha 200 run for 10-15 seconds great, then seems to run out of gas.If i prime it all of time ,working great.Sometimes primer bulb does not come firm.New pumps installed last summer.
Can prime bulb cause this kind of problem or pumps broken again?

My past experience with my '92 200s would lead me to say the fuel pump(s) were bad. But if you had them BOTH replaced with new ones a short while ago then yes I would look at the primer bulb and fuel line from the tank to the primer bulb. When you take the bulb off remove the gas fill cap and blow the line out back to the tank just in case there's some debris blocking the fuel tank pickup tube. How old is the boat and motor?
