Engineers are in Japan.

The who that gets to see them are the technical folks within YMUS that are employees of YMUS. Folks at the facility that take calls from the dealers, folks that are in the field to bail out dealers that need help, etc.

Companies are sometimes reluctant to air their dirty laundry if you know what I mean. That is why some bulletins are for YMUS eyes only.

Owner's want information but are quick to use that information against the provider of the information if it serves their ill purposes.
