Battery I believe is done, what size battery must I have to start the motor? I'm trying to shave weight off to achieve the shallowest draft possible.

I've been looking online at Shorai Lithiums due to the extreme lightweight, but not sure if going this route is good not to mention the cost.

Not sure in a Lithium Ion battery is compatible with Yam's charging system. It would be an expensive test if you found out it is not.

Difference in draft with a ten pound battery and a hundred pound battery might be a tenth of an inch. If that.
