I took my boat in for repairs 2001 Yamaha 115 TLRZ 2 stroke. The fuel pump was replaced along with new fuel line, the carbs were also rebuilt. I have had nothing but bad luck with this repair, the shop was paid 530 dollars for this and at this time the breather has gas pouring out the bottom of it. Rodbolt before you tell me to fire the tech, I already did and would like to whip his ass. Not sure what to do other than wait for 3-4 weeks before I can get a Yamaha tech to even look at it, anybody got any advise?

So apparently this shop takes no responsibility for their work. I'm guessing it was not a Yama dealer.
I guessing the pump on the left side was cut off and you have also removed the new one? Is that a water/fuel filter?
Honestly these carbs are very simple to rebuild. Assuming they replaced all gaskets, I would think you could do the job if you have some simple tools. Use 1 carb for ref while doing the other making sure not to mix the jets and HP air to blow out all passages.
Sounds like they screwed one of the floats or float needles up.
BTW: I'm not a tech but this site can get you a bit more comfortable.

Do you not feel comfortable doing you own carbs? You really don't need a manual for it is very straight forward as long as you're careful. Read my first reply to you. Also, lookup your model # on this site and go to the carb section. It shows all of the components and where they are located.
BTW: Your motor should only have 1 fuel pump. Did you remove the new one as you show 2 pumps in your pic.

OK. I am assuming that the gas is coming out of the ventura or front of the carb. If that's correct, I would think you have a stuck float due to the needle not seating when the fuel bowl fills thus allowing gas to overflow into the carb.
You could either have a bit of trash on the needle seat or maybe an incorrect installation of the float or even a pinhole in the float.
With an hour of your time, you remove the carb and check the movement of the float. If the float does not a restriction, remove the float and needle and blow out the needle seat to remove and obstructions. Check the needle to assure that nothing is burred on the tip.
There is a little spring on the float needle that attaches to the float that could have fallen off during assembly.
This is really an hour job and not difficult.
BTW: I am still confused about you showing 2 fuel pumps in your pic.
IF this is not comfortable for you then you have a 4 to 6 week wait plus another payday.
Important question. Why did you take your boat in for service. What was the problem. Could be important.

Sorry, but you only needed to remove the bottom carb.
Did you buy this boat new? If not it sounds like the previous owner did some stupid stuff and now you own a new FP you can't use.
Fuel issues start at the fuel tank.
#1: do you use non ethanol gas. In either case use a gas treatment.
#2: have you checked your hoses for grit or other contaminates maybe getting into the carbs. Don't forget the filter under the cowling
#3: do you have a water/ fuel separator filter. In my opinion, a real big deal.
#4: In your case it does not sound like water but water is a huge problem nowadays.
I believe your bottom carb was not assembled correctly but I'm not there.
If the left hand pic of the fuel pump was cut, like it appears, you might have a bit of plastic blocking the float needle. It is the outlet nozzle to the carb. It only has to be extremely small.

ok carbs are back on the boat, the float was sticking allowing to much fuel in, with boat on hose is starts better than it ever has, but it is idling at 1000-1100 rpm with the breather off, can you tell me how to lower it to around 800, I am putting the breather back on before any thing else is done
