I know the 10 watt panel I bought for $18.99 with free shipping is made up of left over chips from when the trimmed up the stuff for the good panels.
I would need to go look at what I measured when I installed it on the tractor battery , but I think it was around 1/2 amp.
I was correct

It read 14.23VDC .512 amps full sun."
