Rev Limiter Yamaha F8

Hello

Does someone know if the Yamaha F8 has a rev limiter? I had to change the prop to a lower pitch one, because I wasn't reaching the optimal RPM level when the boat was loaded. But unloaded, I measure 6200 rpm on WOT which looks pretty high.
