150 hp leaking oil help

Have a 2006 150 4-stroke and noticed oil leaking from a weep hole above the top drain plug on the lower unit. Any ideas what might the cause can be?

have you looked for a leak under the cowl ?

then spring on the drive shaft seals has failed, good time to do a water pump as well.
