130 salt water series TACH NOT WORKING!

Hi just put the boat in and it's running fine but the TACH is not working properly its flashes and E and the arrows are showing on the oil and over heat units!! It will not read the RPM any help would be great!!! Rodbolt might know this!! He fixes everything!!!! Thanks Rob Altermatt
