What could cause be of oil all over engine compartment - Checked dip stick and it's sealed. ????? help

about ANY joint that seals.
wash it off well.
some folks use a black lamp dye.
run it and look for oil tracks.
on this one there is no magic bullet and easter egging sometimes comes into play. -
The seal between the oil filter and the block could be leaking. Also, it is common to spill oil when removing a filter from some Yams. This oil migrates to the lower cowling.
Other places to check are the crankshaft seal at the top of the motor, the crankcase breather tube and the upper camshaft seal.
As Rodbolt noted, you can clean the engine thoroughly and then add flourescent dye to the oil. Then you shoot the block with an ultraviolet lamp and the leak will jump out at you.
