Good morning, I have a problem I hope someone can help me with. I brought the top carb to a local Marina to have it cleaned in their ultra sonic cleaner to clear the passage for the slow air bleed jet ( small nozzle pressed in behind main nozzle ). In the process of taking the carb apart to run it through the cleaner they broke one of the posts that the float pivots on and also bent the choke linkage. At first they said I brought it to them damaged until one of their techs came out with the broken piece. They did find me another carb body but I think it is from a 200 hp not a 175 ( bore through carb is much larger - if the number cast into carb near choke blades is bore in mm, 175 is 24 and 200 is 32 ). Carb seems to be the same with that exception. My long winded question is can I use this carb and if not does anyone have one for sale or know were I can find one ?
