Steering Friction Assy for F15MSHY

I purchased a 2000 F15MSHY missing this assembly. The part number for the
whole assembly is 66M-42508-01-00. My question is whether there is any disassembly needed to install this friction assembly. It appears it mounts from the two bolts in the front? Is this accurate?

Looking at the parts fisch, that appears to be correct.
