40hp 4 stroke throttle up problems

Hello all, I have a 2004 f40 the motor had been sitting up unused for about 3 years. I recently took it out and removed the three carbs cleaned all good replaced new spark plugs fuel filter ok. the engine runs at idle and will rev up with fast idle lever. the problem is when I put it under load it will start to pickup speed and start bogging down and will die if I don't let up on throttle. I have tried slow throttle up fast throttle up but it will not open up. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated thanks

Carburetors or accelerator pumps are not clean or working properly.

also need to use the proper setting/syncing equipment when setting 4 strokes after reinstalling the properly cleaned carbs

Hey guys thanks for all the info I went ahead and picked up an ultrasonic cleaner ran each carb through a couple of cycles followed with carb cleaner followed by compressed air reinstalled carbs now she is running like new thank you all for all the advice really helped thanks again
