my 2005 f115 has 50 hours and has been with me for just about exactly 1 year. the maintainance schedule is for 200hrs/1 year. with only 50hrs would you guys change the water pump?

also do you know where i could purchase a service manual for this motor? the only ones i could find on-line are up to 2004.

Only 50 hrs/year - I'd say you can go another two years on that water pump.
I just looked up your manual at www.yamahapubs.com - just link over to the service manuals and type in your model and year outboard.
