Hi. Just bought a 1985 yamaha 70 outboard and it had a few issues under the cowling. I have most worked out but the high temp sensor has the wires snipped. Maybe the sensor was bad but I'd Like to get the wiring figured out. I assume it went to an audible somewhere? Any help on the alarm system would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, ryan

Get a copy of the Yamaha Service Manual. It will have wiring diagrams that shows where the wires go. -

find the part 3 for your manual from Yamaha
and do a search on line
Be wise as to what you get from Ebay may not be what they say it is on their add sometimesComment
