Are you saying that you contacted your Yamaha dealer or Yamaha USA and they don't know anything about a service manual for your model?
If I drive a Ford truck, guess where I get my service manual?
If I fly a Pilatus airplane, guess where I get my service manual?
I am guessing that a Yamaha service manual will come from Yamaha.

I purchased a digital service manual for under $10 for my 60HP 4 stroke. I print the pages I need and it is easier to search for info. They have one for your 2003 90hp here:
