Got a 94 55hp Yamaha that sometimes the starter will engage and turn the motor over twice and then disengage. It'll do it a couple times and then work fine and then do it a few more times. After it disengages from the crank the starter still spins. The motor will crank once it engages and stays there. Would you say starter is going bad or maybe a bad starter relay or am i way off? Thanks
