but if I did, I am baffled by the expression of the Peak Voltage test
what does "Loaded" and "Unloaded" mean?
in the case of the coils, all three values are described as "Loaded"
with the pulser coil, the "Cranking" value is provided for both "Unloaded" AND "Loaded"
but its the same value, anyway....
