My Buddy has a 1720 ActionCraft w/2004 f115 4 stroke. The trim switch on the throttle willl not trim the engine down. Goes up all day long, just not down. I have to use the one on the motor itself to trim down. Easy fix? Thanks in advance Guys!

test and then fix/replace the switch or wire connection.

Some have said they took switch apart and cleaned, but I have not tried that before

carefull how you toss about the phrase "easy fix".
you can and will whiz off the machine gods.
that can turn a 20 min easy fix into a 1/2 day event.

depending on corrosion and control box design its typically a simple switch replacement.
