Ok so when I bought my boat it came with an old Yamaha 200 on it. It always ran fine but always lost power at WOT. Tonight I pulled the Carbs only to find the previous owner had obviously been at them with the wrong screw driver. The jets are stripped on the undo side of the screw. How can I remove these?

two choices, clean them in place best you can, or carefully drill them out and replace them.
did you check the lift pump diaphrams? -
Yep, new pumps. I am also wondering if it is an ignition issue, as voltage drops at high rpm when on load.Comment

The voltage output to the batteries. At idle I get around 12.7, then it increase to about 13.3, then drops under heavy load to about 12.7.Comment

Just to add to the above, besides drilling, use an "easy out". Those jets are pretty soft, I would drill just large enough to get a good grab on them.Originally posted by rodbolt17 View Post
