Fog fuel injected engines?

I keep reading about people "fogging" their carbed engines for winter storage. I dont have to worry much about letting mine sit for too long this year, but next year I might. What exactly is fogging? and should I do it to my F115? If so how?

It's oil that you buy in a spray can to spray in intake while running engine to coat cylinder, rings, and valves with oil for storage. On a 2 stroke you spray oil in until chokes engine down but 4 stroke EFI you just spray until you get a heavy fog of smoke. Stop engine and remove spark plugs and spray fog oil into cylinders.
