I've got the pilot screws set at 1 1/8, idleing at 700rpm. I pulled each plug today, all 3 fired great, I'll try to squirt gas into each tomorrow. Thanx for the tip.

Well I soadked the carbs and it's like daylight and dark. I went fishing Fri., took a buddy that weighs 250lb all the gear Iced down a case and it will run 51mph at 5200. Compared to 47mph at 4700 by myself dry before the rebuild. Only thing is its still idles a little rough. I picked up a bunch of yami gauges off ebay and will like to add the temp gauge. What sending unit do I need for the head? The digital speedo is preety straight forward. ThanxComment

I forgot about one more thing. When we were running back to the launch, it started to lose prime. I was running WOT for several miles and it shut down to a low idle and thats it. After I squeezed the primer bulb 1 1/2 times it came back to life with no problem. All the fuel lines and primer are new. Could the fuel pump be acting up? Thanx again.Comment
