200 VMAX Fuel pump issue

I have a 2003 200 Vmax Ox66. When it is cold it runs great however after running to where you want to go and shutting down and fishing for a bit it doesn't want to restart. It turns over fine but i have no fuel pressure and can't hear the pump running. If you wait until it gets cold again it will start and run.Then whole process starts over again.
Any Ideas and part numbers would be a huge help as well.

Please confirm that you are seeing no pressure on the fuel rail when the key is turned on, after the motor has been stopped. Presumably you have a fuel pressure gauge attached to the fuel rail.

Yes and also with no gauge attached there nothing when the Schrader valve is depressed

Replaced the relay 65L-81950-00-00. Fuel pump runs great. Replaced the filter on the Electric fuel pump as well
