Installing water impeller kit

2011 T60 Model motor

Installing the water impeller kit. Have got the lower unit off. Pulled the two gaskets, metal plate, impeller wheel, pin etc. The kit came with 3 replacement gaskets. That third gasket is below the lower most part of the shaft but I can't budge that piece that its under. Is it secured from below? The whole piece can spin just not lift up and off the shaft. Of course that has caused the old gasket to crumble some, so no going back now. Not able to locate a yamaha blowout picture of this area

Take two screwdrivers or two putty knives and pry up on each side.

do this carefully and evenly so you do not damage the surfaces or break the housing

Big in stature or big in importance? I knew a guy that everyone reported had all of his brains in his head. I shall leave it up to you to decide which head.

Thanks everyone for the replies. Once you all confirmed there was nothing else securing it on, I was able to remove using a putty knife and the additional force required
