The engine will only turn up to this at full throttle , I have rebuilt the carbs, and put in new plugs, and have check for plugs getting fire and all are the plugs on top two cylinders look like they are not igniting, and have done compression check and is starb side 80 , 90 , 80 top to bottom , port side is 80 , 90 , 80 , also top to bottom , at times you can feel the engine surge and see the tach go to 5500 rpm but only for an instant. any suggestions on what to check would be helpful.
