have you ever heard of a motor that you have to lower the motor to add fluid?
Tilted up was the only way to get to the crappy little plastic tank

well if this is true like I thought, why does he need to lower the motor before he adds fluid?
does not make any sense to me

              you are getting confused.
you can compress air/gases, but cannot fluid

how can someone or something know fluid

It is not the same, you can not compress air in
to fluid. It is like trying to burn water out of gas in a carburetor.

just playing with the words you wrote
gases will compress, and air into fluid does also.
                  just at different rates

if you compress and cool it enough it can become liquid
the air is still compressed, but does not move stuff like pumped fluid does
