Help me figure out this part

This piece is leaking fuel but I dont know what it is. The motor is an '05 yamaha 90 4-stroke. Any help in ID'n part and or troubleshooting would b greatly appreciated!!

I don't see it anywhere on the parts fisch:

Can you post an exact model # and maybe zoom out a little bit?
