Great thread guys. I would like to add that the F150 oil pan is non-linear. Oil added when the level is low on the stick will move the indicated level up less
then the same amount added higher up....

I just ordered an oil pump and will start using that in the future. Should be a bit neater, no screwing with the drain plug and no more $4.00 oil drain washers (sheesh...)
